Coaching is about helping people to move forward with their goals. Primarily coaching is helping your client to:
- clearly articulate their goals making sure they are authentic and congruent holistically
- examine and challenge limiting beliefs
- create a strategic plan to move forward
- remain accountable and motivated
The CPC body of knowledge is crafted by input from Regional Board of Advisors and Blue Ribbon Volunteer Committees. These two group membership are required to provide applied demonstrated capablities. Or, they are to meet the requirements to serve as faculty for a top-rated (AASCB) academic instution (top 15% national school of business faculty). The CPC is a not-for-profit charitable division of the Strategic Learning Alliance (SLA) which regulates the exam content, learning cirriculumn and conferral of this certification based on applied professional standards and academic accredidation requirements.
