Human Resource Associate™ Certification Process

The HRA Certification is credentialed through the Strategic Learning Alliance based on applied business performance standards and top 15% academic standards (American Association of Schools & Colleges of Business; AASCB). This dynamic combination ensures that HRA candidates can be relied upon for their robust theoretic foundation of knowledge as well as their demonstrated and tested applied performance. 

The body of HR knowledge combined with principles and practical application of critical thinking, leadership, and project management offer participants a highly interactive and practical learning experience:

  1. Register for an approved HRA provider program (and/or obtain approval based on transcript prior learning at an accredited institution).
  2. Complete your applied or Professionalism: Effectively Applied Knowledge (PEAK™) Theory program within the given time-frame of the scheduled course
  3. Complete the One week assessment and testing process
  4. Become HRA certified and use the career-development system to launch your HR career!
