Mission and Values

The MISSION of the HRA Certification™ program is to recognize the learned and applied skills of individuals seeking to build a career within an HR role while assuring exempt-level HR professionals that they are hiring or promoting the top candidates into the HR department based on applied and theoretic demonstrated achievement. By recognizing theoretic and applied effectiveness skills most expected from senior HR professionals (SJI, 2013), the HRA is designed to not only demonstrate fundamental knowledge at the non-exempt level, but to also demonstrate a degree of predictability (94% based on Strategic Learning Alliance research) that an HRA professional can succeed in future exempt-level HR roles.
