About Our Human Resource Associate ™ Certification

The HRA body of knowledge is crafted by input from Regional Board of Advisors and Blue Ribbon Volunteer Committees. These two group membership are required to provide applied demonstrated capablities by being SHRM certified professionals. Or, they are to meet the requirements to serve as faculty for a top-rated (AASCB) academic institution (top 15% national school of business faculty). The HRA is a not-for-profit charitable division of the Strategic Learning Alliance (SLA) which regulates the exam content, learning cirriculumn and conferral of this certification based on applied professional standards and academic accredidtion requirements.

Research and support has been provided in cooperation from HR professionals, business owners, and learning providers such as Seattle Pacific University, HRNovations, Performance Dimensions and WainwrightGlobal.
