Certified Professional Coach ™ Certification

The SLA uses a process of perceptual-validity (SRP, 2013) to ensure tested, applied, and achieved results in candidates. Perceptual validity is a 12-point multi-dimensional testing process that balances subjective bias, individual bias, and perceptual performance through simulated experiences and testing procedures. To this end, the SLA credentialing process not only ensures that individuals are within the top 20% of performers within a given profession at the non-exempt level, but that they are 94% likely to succeed in a graduate program rated as a top 15% program or better AND/OR that they are 96% likely to succeed in upper management (exempt-level) certifications.

Using this customized method ensures that employees have the confidence to launch a career that includes applied professional development and academic investments. Furthermore, it provided employers confidence in the financial investment to coach, grow, and position non-exempt professionals for career advancement within their organization.
